Market 4 Profit is a marketing and public relations company owned by Susan Almon-Pesch, CME, CMC. As founder of Market 4 Profit, Susan works one-on-one with CEOs, entrepreneurs and business owners to use tried and proven strategies to help companies get the word out about their products and services -- creating new revenue streams while pumping up the current income avenues. 

As a former owner of an award-winning New York ad agency and currently an independent marketing / public relations consultant in Charleston, South Carolina and San Diego, California, Susan knows the “stuff” successful marketing and PR programs are made out of. Her full service ad agency was named Small Business of the Year and ranked in the Top 25 agencies in Western New York. 

In San Diego, she made her mark in the BNI – Business Network International Del Mar Chapter as an officer and the region's publicist. She was named the Michelle’s Angels Foundation, 2011 Volunteer of the Year and received the 2012 President’s Award for her service as the nonprofit’s publicist. Susan is a member of the International Women’s Leadership Association and alumni of the University of Illinois and Sales & Marketing Executives International. 

Susan was elected the first woman president in the 70-year history of the 250 member Buffalo / Niagara Sales & Marketing Executives and was inducted into the organization's Hall of Fame. Her PR column “Buzz for Your Biz” can be seen in nationally distributed Women’s Voices Magazine.
