Mars Cafe is a locally owned cafe in Des Moines, Iowa, just east of the Drake University campus. We are Central Iowa's premier coffee shop, serving Kickapoo Coffee.  Mars also serves a variety of loose leaf tea from Gung Fu tea. Our breakfast, lunch and dinner menu includes paninis, sandwiches, beer, wine and more.
