Mary Jane Pastor opened her first realty office on Hartsdale Avenue in 1984, but had been serving Westchester county for well over a decade before that.  This amounts to over 35 years of experience in the Hartsdale Real Estate Market.  Ms. Pastor's experience on this block began in 1970 as the managing agent for Central Westchester Assoc. In 1980 working under Alexander Cadoux, Mary Jane Pastor converted 100 East Hartsdale Avenue to an all CO-OP building, one of the first in all of Hartsdale. Today, 100 East Hartsdale Avenue is one of the best run and most financially sound buildings in the area.  Building on her previous success, she founded her own business and went on to participate in the sale of other buildings on East Hartsdale Avenue that followed.
In 2005, after finishing college, Dean Nugent joined Mary Jane Pastor Realty. Mj's grandson quickly grew to be one of Westchester's top agents. As of 2016, he now owns and operates his family's business. His plan is to grow and expand into new areas while preserving the footprint that was created in Hartsdale, NY.
