Small but capable Mattson Construction is a small, tightly held firm with 2-10 employees but operates with licensed general contracting capabilities in Arizona and California, suggesting a lean team that could scale with targeted project opportunities in the Southwest.

Affiliated strength Rooted in a legacy through D.R. Mattson, Inc., the company can leverage an established network and reputation in agency construction management and program management to pursue bundled or integrated services for clients seeking turnkey delivery.

Licensed breadth Holding dual licenses (Arizona KB-01 Dual Building Contractor and California B General Building Contractor) positions Mattson Construction to competitively bid multi-state projects, appealing to clients with cross-border needs.

Subcontractor network Maintain a vetted, approved-subcontractor roster that enhances reliability and pricing leverage; there is a sales opportunity in offering preferred-subcontractor arrangements or performance-based partnerships to potential clients.

Southwest focus Strategic emphasis on the Southwest market aligns with growth potential in regional public and private construction opportunities; potential sales angle includes regional project pipelines, familiarity with local codes, and rapid mobilization.
