Maverick Project Management provides project management services for property owners, tenants, brokers, and others in the real estate industry. We've managed over 20 million square feet of projects across the country.

Maverick's services extend throughout the entire project lifecycle: from site selection through occupancy and disposition. Our expertise includes new construction, tenant improvement finish, relocation, site decommission, prototype development, standard development, facility management and property management.

As every client and project have specific goals, we have developed four basic levels of service to serve as a starting point to define a project’s service requirements. Scope is determined by time commitment, expertise of the team needed, and client expectations.

1. Program Management - Comprehensive project management of a portfolio of facilities / real estate projects.
2. Project Management - Start to finish, hands-on management of a specific project.
3. Project Monitoring - Serving as a client/owner representative or liaison offering a checks and balance or “second set of eyes” to a project delivery.
4. Project Advisor - Providing industry expertise to assist or guide a client/owner through an entire or specific component of a project delivery.
