In 1922, we were a new, small auditing firm in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Hard work and common sense were leading factors for success. Today, the equation for success is as complex as the 10,000-plus-page federal tax code and the tidal wave of the new compliance laws that confront business and governmental entities each year. 

It’s no longer enough to simply be good at your trade or service; business owners and corporate financial officers have to position their companies for profit - even survival. 

May & Company, LLP has grown to a firm with a staff in excess of 35 people, almost half of whom are Certified Public Accountants. Our firm provides a wide range of accounting and related consulting services. We draw from a tremendous background and wealth of experience in serving the many clients who depend on us. 

Our standards are high; our dedication to quality is unbending. The tradition that we share and the reputation that we have is a legacy left to us by professionals with us now and gone before us.
