M&H originated from the public accounting practice opened in Paris in 1952 by Mr. F.I. McClanahan. In 1956, Mr. McClanahan and Mr. Bethel Holmes formed the partnership of McClanahan and Holmes. The Bonham office was opened in 1970, and the Denison office was opened in 1982.
