About Us:
McLoud & Company provides a complete range of real estate services: management, leasing, tenant representation, marketing and sales, as well as acquisition and development.  Whether a customer requires one of these services or a combination, McLoud & Company is efficiently organized to meet the client’s needs. 

McLoud & Company was founded in 1992 by Tom McLoud after 13 years in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including traveling the Midwest as Real Estate Manager for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Director of Real Estate for Hy-Vee Food Stores, Inc. and as Vice President and Branch Manager for the Leo Eisenberg Company. McLoud & Company has assembled a very talented and experienced staff to provide the full range of services. From its humble beginnings, the company has acquired, developed and managed an office and retail portfolio of approximately 900,000 square feet in the southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas region. In the process, the company has built solid relationships with national, regional and local tenants, investors, and lenders. We believe that these relationships combined with our commitment to service enable us to assist our clients in reaching their ultimate objective—maximizing the value of their real estate.
