Al snel openden we echte winkels, nu al 23 om precies te zijn, waaronder ook de MediaMarkt winkels in het Makro-concept. In 2013 tenslotte zetten we de stap naar een online shop. Sindsdien kunnen onze klanten altijd én overal bij ons terecht. En dat vinden we superbelangrijk. Want we hebben maar één doel: happy klanten. Hoe we dit doen? Eenvoudig, met een mix van innovatie, een ruime productkeuze maar vooral een unieke beleving. Ook onze bedrijfsklanten sluiten hun aankopen steeds af met een glimlach dankzij onze persoonlijke B2B service. En die formule werkt, zelfs internationaal. MediaMarkt is de nummer 1 in consumentenelektronica in Europa en zelfs beursgenoteerd sinds 2017. 

MediaMarkt a commencé comme un concept de cash & carry. Une sorte de grossiste avec self-service. Très rapidement, nous avons ouvert de vrais magasins, plus exactement 23, y compris les magasins MediaMarkt dans le concept Makro.
