Our company assists physicians with their job search by providing compensation analysis, market research and medical staff plan assessments.

MedPlan was founded by Kelly A. Bownes over thirty years ago. Throughout the years, MedPlan has assisted clients in strategic planning, establishing hospitalist programs, Centers of Excellence and primary care networks. Our goal is to find the right physician for the right job every time by ensuring that we understand each physician’s career goals and preferences. We identify and place physicians in every specialty and subspecialty for health systems, hospitals, and private practices.
