Meridian Consultants specializes in assisting clients to manage urban development, infrastructure and planning projects pursuant to CEQA by providing strategic planning and environmental review services. 

Our experience spans the state of California with emphasis on the greater Los Angeles basin, central coast, and Coachella Valley. Our technical staff have extensive expertise on a wide range of projects including master plan development, specific plans, urban development, school and university facility siting, water supply and reliability planning, water rights permitting, and natural resource management.
