Driving improvement through collaborative use of standardized metrics. The MCC provides the collaborative environment for biopharmaceutical and device sponsors, service providers, and sites to improve clinical trial development through use of MCC standardized performance metrics (time, cost & quality). 
•	Develop standardized performance metrics and tools
•	Support metrics and tools implementation
•	Share best practices among MCC members
•	Provide metrics and tools training
•	Provide performance benchmarking using member data
•	Produce publications to increase member knowledge
