Founded in 2002, Metropolitan Public Safety (Metro or MPS) is a fully licensed and bonded private security agency headquartered in San Diego. Metro provides safety services specializing in the protection of persons and property through the use of patrol service, site officers, and technology such as site, body worn, and vehicle mounted cameras.

Metro mandates continuous training, and provides access to classes to ensure our officers maintain the highest level of proficiency and service in maintaining the safety of their client’s needs.

MPS has built a reputation for professionalism and quality of service in a number of key areas (to include: physical security, undercover protection, training and customer service). Our leadership consists of personnel with over 50 years law enforcement experience in police and security field operations.
