MFS Supply operates as a wholesale provider of securing solutions, with origins in supplying mechanical lockboxes for the property preservation sector. Over time, the firm broadened its offerings to include cabinetry and laminate countertops, supporting real estate agents, property managers, and general contractors. In 2016, MFS acquired ProCabinets, enabling expansion into multifamily renovation and new construction markets and leading to cabinet lines designed for affordable housing and HUD-related requirements.

Headquartered in Solon, Ohio, the company operates a 65,000-square-foot corporate warehouse and maintains distribution centers in Carrollton, Texas; Lakewood, New Jersey; and Atlanta, Georgia. Its customer base includes affordable housing developers, multifamily builders, real estate investors, general contractors, and property preservation firms. In June 2026, the company launched MFS Turnkey, a project management and installation solution for single-family communities and multifamily new construction.
