The MICE portal software maps the whole procurement process online. Using the tool, our customer gets the possibility to request the whole line-up from hotels and locations to catering and all sort of event agencies. Booking and managing an event has never been easier. With over 46.000 hotels and service providers and almost 25.000 events organized in 2016, MICE Portal is the market leader among the event booking engines in Germany. The company was founded by Josephine Gräfin von Brühl in 2000 as a full-service event agency. With the goal of optimizing in-house processes, a web-based conference portal was developed for the first time in 2004. The positive response provided the decision to focus further on the development of a booking software solution. Since 2008 there have been customized solutions for this. Companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Lanxess Germany, Roche Diagnostics and many more are among its customers.
