Midwest Growth Partners (MGP) was founded in 2013 and is a private equity fund manager, responsible for more than $510 million of capital across four vehicles. MGP seeks to make succession planning liquidity or growth capital investments in established companies in the food & agriculture, manufacturing, distribution, and business services industries. •As a lower middle market fund, we make individual equity and subordinated debt investments ranging in size from $500,000 to $20,000,000 depending on the structure of the transaction and nature of the investment.
