The Miller Insurance Agency is proud to be a fourth generation family business and a long-standing symbol of quality service and affordable insurance protection in Central Pennsylvania.

The Agency was founded in 1940 by N. Stanford Miller. Stanford was one of the first two agents for the Erie Insurance Group in Lebanon County. Stanford’s son, Richard, joined the business in 1953, following his service in the Korean War and worked in tandem with his father until Stanford’s retirement in 1977. Richard incorporated the Agency and was ready for his son, Brian, to come onboard after Brian’s graduation from Lebanon Valley College in 1979.

Together, Richard and Brian grew the Agency into a well-known and trusted establishment for insurance and financial concerns. In 2009, Brian’s son, Christopher, graduated from Elizabethtown College and joined the Agency thereafter. Richard and Brian’s seasoned industry experience, Christopher’s technical knowledge and their team’s passion for customer service have created an unrivaled commitment to their customers.

Today, the Agency provides insurance coverage for thousands of clients out of the same farm house in which the business was founded. They continue to take pride in offering quality protection with a name and face the surrounding community can trust.
