We are the voice and advocate for Minnesota’s franchised new-car and truck dealers. Our team helps dealerships navigate change, protect their interests, and operate with confidence—pairing strong advocacy with practical, day-to-day support.

We champion dealers at the Capitol and with regulators, shaping policy on issues that affect dealerships. Our legal team provides timely guidance on employment, consumer, advertising, and compliance matters so you can resolve issues quickly and stay ahead of risk.

Knowledge drives performance. We offer in-person and online training, webinars, and resources that translate complex laws and best practices into clear, actionable steps for every department—sales, F&I, service, parts, and administration.

We also deliver the tools that keep stores running smoothly. Through MADA Services and Title Solutions, members can access Minnesota-specific forms, title and registration supplies, compliance products, and branded merchandise—plus apparel and promotional items that reflect your dealership’s identity.

Connection matters. We host events, workshops, and networking that bring dealers, partners, and policymakers together to share ideas, solve problems, and strengthen the statewide retail automotive community.
