MPP Inc., also known as Mirror Polishing & Plating Inc. was founded in 1954 specializing in the fabrication, repair, initial hard coating, resurfacing and finishing of industrial & paper mill; double & single shell heat transfer rolls, drum dryers, calendaring, coating, embossing, laminating rolls and cylinders. Our 85,000 square foot facility can accommodate up to 12 feet in diameter and 50 feet in length and up to 60,000 pounds in weight. Our finishing capabilities range from our flawless Opttex® polished surface (0.5 Ra), EZ Release®, our Teflon over chrome surface that combines the durability and heat transfer of chrome with the release of Teflon, various uniform Matte finishes and uniform Pocketed surfaces, along with a variety of standard Ground finishes and unique specialty surfaces developed with individual customers. We apply and finish a wide array of materials including chrome, tungsten carbide, copper, nickel, and ceramic by various methods creating in both flat and crowned profiles with the above listed surface finishes.
