MJER Help is dedicated to providing household management services to modern families and businesses. We currently provide personal chef, at-home event planning and day-of event working, small event corporate catering, and personal concierge/assistant services.

We are currently a husband and wife team. Michelle Elson-Roza previously worked in management consulting and finance for 10+ years before pursuing her dream of attending culinary school. Anthony Roza has worked in the hospitality industry his entire career, working his way up from line cook to restaurant and hotel management.

Given our backgrounds, we understand the hectic schedules of busy professionals and our primary goal is to alleviate stress from your lives so that you can spend more time climbing the corporate ladder, taking care of yourself, and most importantly, having additional time to spend with your friends and family!

We want to be your trusted personal chef. We are dedicated to healthy living and healthy lifestyles, so much of what we cook has a healthy component to it. That said, we aim to please and will cook what you want!
