The Brokerage Division specializes in representing business executives and owners, advising through lease renewals/restructures, site selection, relocations, 
and purchase decisions among other services.  We work with clients both in the Twin Cities and on a National Level to bring exceptional service and attention to detail any space or facility requirement.

The Property Management Division specializes in helping owners of retail, office, and industrial/flex assets to ensure their building is managed in a Class A manner.  We deliver the best experience to tenants, while advising our clients on maximizing the value of their property through improvements and cost efficiencies.
