The mission of Mom Relaunch is to bridge the gap between career returners and the need for skilled talent. We nurture and empower moms returning to the workforce, women on career breaks, transitioning or going through financial and personal challenges. We provide a comprehensive five-step program where we do a virtual career assessment, get them training in their chosen areas and provide hands-on experience on real-time projects. We nurture them along the way to build confidence and develop other soft skills and job readiness skills. This process enables them to relaunch themselves to successful, sustainable, and fulfilling IT and HR careers. We partner with multiple organizations to provide opportunities in Salesforce, IBM Enterprise Computing, HR, project management, QA automation, data science, digital marketing and more. Our #1 goal is to help women achieve financial independence.
