This makes Monroe Litho one of only five printers at the time in the United States and the only one in New York State to hold the prestigious honor. In addition to the acknowledgment from the SGP Partnership, the Company received certification from the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) in November 2008 and Forest Stewardship Certification (FSC) in 2004. Monroe Litho is the first printer in New York State and the only one in the Northeast to hold all three certifications.
