Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP) is a private, nonprofit real estate organization founded in 1989 that develops, acquires, and rehabilitates affordable housing in Montgomery County, Maryland, and the surrounding region. Based in Silver Spring, the group owns and manages more than 2,100 affordable rental homes across several communities, including Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Wheaton, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Hyattsville, and the District of Columbia.
