We are a local government within the north-west metropolitan area of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, providing a range of services to some 118,000 residents and over 10,000 businesses.

These services includes:

- the operation of multiple libraries, community centres, and our arts venues Clocktower Centre and Incinerator Gallery
