Michelle Chung and Nancy Donahue created OnTrack: A Simple, Proven Approach to Resilience and High Performance, a program built on the science of Positive Psychology. After studying the field for 10+ years, they developed and tested 6 proven techniques and made them super easy to apply and sustain using the OnTrack eJournal app.

OnTrack is designed to equip individuals and teams to improve optimism, respond confidently to challenges and stay focused on meaningful goals.

OnTrack rollout uniquely enables teams to easily learn, experience and practice.  During a customized, engaging webinar, participants hear the science and apply the techniques personally using the eJournal app. This is followed by 6 weeks of daily texts with links to content – all reinforcing the techniques. Front-line leaders use the Leader’s Guide to facilitate discussions on using the techniques to enhance personal and work results. Finally, a Best Practice webinar is held to share success stories and discuss ways to continue to embed OnTrack into the culture.
