Each year, the organization supports more than 22,000 people across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory. Based in Marrickville, it operates within the non-profit and social enterprise space, focusing on practical steps toward progress. In early 2026, it announced its first official community partnership with the Parramatta Eels, reflecting ongoing collaboration with community organizations; it was also recognized as an Inclusive Employer in 2025.
