Founded by a team of just three people in the Sydney suburb of Marrickville in 1989, MTC began with a focus on helping the most disadvantaged people in the community move into training and meaningful employment. As we’ve grown, we’ve expanded our focus to empower people from all backgrounds who want to improve their skills and their employment prospects, and we now have over 500 passionate experts who support more than 22,000 people each year across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and the ACT.
