Mustardseed Cultural and Environmental Services, LLC (MCE) provides material culture and ethnographic field research; thorough environmental compliance audits; tailored environmental and safety management programs; Phase I environmental site assessments; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental assessments; EPA-accredited RRP Training Provider; Wetland Delineations; and owner construction project management services.  MCE is a small woman minority owned business located in Kansas City, Missouri that has worked throughout the United States. MCE is CCR registered and has a GSA Schedule 899-1.

Our company has extensive experience working on long linear projects that require well designed plans for dealing with mobilization, inaccurate information such as maps of the project area, weather concerns, landowner contacts, and land access problems.  MCE was nominated as a candidate for the Greater Kansas City Missouri Chamber of Commerce Small Business Celebration 2004, received the MoDOT Best Marketing Effort award in 2009, was named the one of the Top 50 Women Owned Businesses in Missouri in 2010, 2011 & 2012, and received the 2011 MEDWeek Service Firm of the Year in Kansas City, MO.  The motto of MCE since its inception has been: Protection of the Earth- Water, Land, Air, Life and Culture.
