NanoCytomics is commercializing PWS Screening for the early detection of lung cancer, colon cancer, and other high incidence cancers.

The process is simple:
1. Collect
2. Ship
3. Discuss

Physicians identify patients for PWS Screening. A sample is simply and quickly collected, then shipped to a facility equipped with the NanoCytomics PWS System. The fully automated PWS System prepares the sample, acquires and analyzes data, then communicates the results back to the physician. The PWS Results, combined with personal and family medical histories, allow the Physician and Patient to decide if further testing is necessary to diagnose the cancer.

NanoCytomics utilizes Partial Wave Spectroscopy (PWS), an optical technique quantifying the nanoscale structural disorder within cells. Multiple clinical studies have demonstrated a correlation between the incidence of cancer and PWS-derived nanoscale disorder.
