The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges is a nonprofit organization focused on strengthening the nation’s juvenile and family courts. Founded in 1937 by a group of judges, it works to improve court practices for children and families and to raise awareness of child welfare and domestic violence issues. Headquartered in Reno, Nevada, it serves judges and court staff nationwide through training, technical assistance, and research.
