The National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to enable access and choice by providing data, analytics and connections that bring together investors and providers.  

As part of our mission, NIC:
*Provides reliable data that increases transparency in the seniors housing and care sector in order to entice long-term capital and educate investors;
*Offers unique analysis of the data to better position investors and operators in providing today’s and tomorrow’s seniors with quality housing and care; and
*Facilitates connections between investors, operators, and developers that will carry the field of seniors housing and care into the future.
