The National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin is a small nonprofit organization that aims to prevent kidney disease, support the health and well-being of those affected, and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. Based in West Allis, Wisconsin, the organization runs programs spanning research, professional education, patient and community services, public education, and organ donation. It has served Wisconsin for more than five decades and is BBB Accredited.

The NKFW works with individuals living with kidney disease, their families, potential organ donors, and health professionals who participate in its educational offerings. Its programs address prevention, health improvement, and transplantation support within the nonprofit sector of kidney health. In 2024, the foundation launched the Kidney Adventures campaign.
