NCS Team (formally National CAD Services) has been dedicated to the architectural design industry for twenty-three years.  Our firm is committed to providing high quality CAD design services at affordable prices with quick turnaround times.  We provide a full range of CAD services with specialization in as-built documentation (both residential and commercial), space planning, master building plans with BOMA square footages, construction documents, BIM, custom residential homes, 3D color renderings and virtual animation videos.

NCS Team's mission is to develop the most efficient process of design through teamwork.  The addition of having a licensed architect in the office brings a greater sense for conceptualization, visualization, problem solving, and execution.

NCS Team continues to assist real estate brokers, property and building owners, real estate investors, current and future tenants, and homeowners in achieving their design goals and objectives.  Our office is located in Southfield, Michigan where we do majority of our projects.  We have also done a number of projects in different states across the U.S.
