Defense Sector Small to mid-size defense and space manufacturer with a lean team (11-50 employees) and revenue in the million-dollar range, suggesting growth opportunities through program expansions, subcontracting, and supplier consolidation with larger primes.

Regional Focus Oceanside, CA location indicates a potential to target West Coast defense programs, space initiatives, and U.S. government contracting opportunities aligned with regional hubs and nearby primes.

Tech Stack Fit Current web and collaboration tools point to modern operations but limited enterprise-grade cybersecurity and manufacturing IT integration signals; opportunity to offer scalable security, ERP/MMIS, and PLM solutions aligned with defense suppliers.

Funding Signals Revenue range shows room for growth and potential interest from investors or contract vehicles; propose engagement around incremental capacity, tooling, precision manufacturing upgrades, and capacity expansion for new programs.

Competitive Landscape Peers include established additive and precision manufacturing players; position Nelgo as a nimble supplier for prototyping, small-batch production, and rapid turnaround, with a value proposition around speed, integrity, and compliance.
