Strategic Partnerships NERCOMP is a long-standing non-profit consortium serving nearly 300 colleges and universities, with partnership emphasis through EDUCAUSE. This presents a sales opportunity to offer scalable professional development, certification programs, or technology procurement services to a broad, membership-driven network.

Credential Programs With the launch of NERCOMP's Credentials Program offering badges and credentials for professional development, there is potential to sell enhanced training, certification tracks, or add-on micro-credentials to deepen member engagement and create recurring revenue streams.

Proctoring & Compliance Recent Honorlock online proctoring partner indicates member demand for secure assessment solutions. This creates a pathway to propose exam integrity tools, LMS integrations, and compliant assessment ecosystems tailored for higher education institutions.

Technology Stack NERCOMP already leverages a modern tech stack (AWS, WordPress, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, etc.). This suggests opportunities for cloud optimization services, cybersecurity enhancements, digital experience improvements, and scalable member-facing portals.

Funding & Scale Revenue is under one million, with a broad member base and several partnerships. This signals a fit for cost-effective, high-impact solutions such as shared services, affordable software licenses, or bundled IT solutions designed for consortia and mid-market education buyers.
