As ironic as it sounds, years ago recruiting firms used to charge the candidate a representation fee as well as bill the client. While that was common, it was never the practice at Network ESC. The Network ESC model was innovative, but simple - Build solid relationships with both job seekers and clients and facilitate the courting process. The foundation of the firm was on service in 1979 and it remains that way today!
