There are no costs or fees associated with our services, as we get paid directly from the tenant-buyer's upfront required down payment on the home. We can typically help a seller get 20% to 30% more for their home than through using an agent or for sale by owner, and about 80% of our tenant-buyers purchase the home within the Rent-To-Sell contract period.

Buyers are able to rent during the contract period while we help them with their credit and obtain a mortgage to purchase.
