New Horizon Farms LLP is a Midwest-based pork production group with origins tracing to 1993, when a sow farm and nursery facility were acquired under the Global Ventures umbrella in Rock County, Minnesota. Over time it expanded through additional acquisitions and the rebuilding of a local feed mill, evolving into a multi-site operation that includes five sow farms housing about 16,500 sows, six nurseries with capacity for 57,000 head, and sixty finishing sites across southwest Minnesota, eastern South Dakota, and northwest Iowa that can finish around 128,000 hogs. The group also operates four research facilities focused on production technologies and animal well-being, and it is organized across three affiliated entities—New Horizon Farms, New Horizon Feeds, and New Horizon Grain—based in Pipestone, Minnesota. 

The business supplies pork to large processors, marketing more than 430,000 hogs annually to companies such as JBS Swift and John Morrell. It maintains a mid-sized workforce and an integrated footprint spanning sow production, nurseries, finishing, and feed and grain activities. In November 2023, the company completed the sale of assets to Hord Livestock Company Inc., reflecting ongoing structural changes within the organization.
