Cybersecurity Focus New River Computing recently hosted and attended cybersecurity events, indicating active engagement in cyber risk mitigation. This presents an opportunity to offer advanced security services, managed threat detection, and incident response packages to local businesses seeking to bolster defenses.

Local Growth As a locally owned firm serving the New River Valley with a focus on rapid response and strong client relationships, there is a selling point for incremental IT services, help desk expansion, and on-site support contracts with small to mid-sized businesses in the region.

Cloud and Apps Existing tech stack includes Microsoft 365 and Azure, suggesting upsell potential for cloud migration, collaboration optimization, security hardening, and licensing optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs for customers.

Financial Scale With estimated revenue in the multi-million range and a lean employee base, there is room for scalable managed services, outsourced IT operations, and packaged cybersecurity offerings tailored to mid-market clients seeking cost-effective, reliable IT support.

Strategic Partnerships Experience with widely used platforms such as WordPress, PayPal, and IIS indicates a path to pursue vertical-specific solutions (e-commerce, online payments, and web hosting) as well as partner ecosystems to expand referrals and co-sales with ISVs and MSPs.
