WHO WE ARE Nexo Group, LLC was formed in 2016 by Jose (Joey) Rosario and John Pennell who combined have over 45 years of technical and leadership experience in the key knowledge areas of strategy, finance, technology and operations. Nexo Group initiates client engagements with a thorough review of organizational strategy and then works with leaders to collaboratively develop a solution driven approach to address organizational issues. We believe that by leveraging our experience across the four knowledge areas, we provide complete solutions across our subject matter expertise to provide maximum value for our clients. Our innovative model employs a paradigm shift to facilitate organizational success through transformational, cross-functional collaboration between consultants and organizational leaders. Nexo is the Spanish word for Nexus, which is the process of bringing ideas together in an imaginative way. Like the name of their company, the founders of the Nexo Group bring together very diverse backgrounds and experiences to form a connection that innovatively bridges the gaps and challenges of many organizations. This holistic approach provides significant value and is key to organizational success for client partners. While Nexo Group is lead by John and Jose, they have built a network of partners to serve the very diverse needs of their clients. This network of professionals spans industries, specialties and experiences and, when brought together, provides holistic solutions. These subject matter experts are leveraged as needed to address the diverse requirements of specific client engagements.
