Beginning in May of 2013, Next Generation Lighting was started with a single line and a vision to be a different kind of agency. With a focus on renovation (retrofit) and new construction, our line card was developed and teammates recruited to provide unparalleled customer service to all facets of the design and construction industry in the state of Georgia. Our employees are treated as family member where work-life balance is encouraged and a decentralized office environment allows everyone to work remote as needs arise. We also created an environment where people are rewarded for opportunities they create and have no need to compete against each other, but instead pitch in where needed to make everyone successful. We maintain a focused line card comprised of independent manufacturers dedicated to the advancement of energy efficient lighting, controls technology and IoT. These manufacturers are our Partners and we do everything we can to drive sales and develop opportunities for their products.
