Next Jump.com emerged from a pro-bono movement to improve workplace culture and has, over about 15 years, developed training programs that translate human judgment into practical workplace practices. The company sits in the technology, information and internet space and focuses on helping employers and employees improve the workplace experience. In September 2025, executives from Next Jump participated in the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit, contributing to a roundtable discussion.
