Next Level Training is a training center located in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey.  Committed to delivering an unparalleled fitness experience, we offer many services, including sport-specific training, hockey-specific training, personal training, team training, physical therapy, and more. Our knowledgeable staff is comprised of certified and elite personal trainers, a sports performance specialist, and a director of hockey development, who are all dedicated to helping our clients reach their fitness goals.  All staff members are first aid certified.

Our facility offers state-of-the-art equipment:  hockey training equipment, including a stick-handling machine, skating treadmill, skating ramp, and synthetic ice shooting lanes; and top-of-the-line weight training equipment.  Our 7,300-square-foot training center also has a 60-square-foot turf field, a waiting area with a full-time front desk manager, an emergency defibrillator, wi-fi, and locker rooms with showers.

We are open seven days a week.
