For over 75 years the Nielsen Construction family has been building in San Diego and Imperial Counties.  From a humble beginning in 1945, S. Falck Nielsen created Nielsen Construction which grew into one of San Diego’s most well respected construction companies.  Today, Nielsen Construction Ca., Inc. continues the tradition with his grandson, D. Nielsen Pollock leading the team.  The principal of Nielsen Construction Ca. has been building in San Diego and Imperial Counties for decades.  

Nielsen Construction California is Superintendent based – each of our superintendents average over 30 years of building and managing construction projects in Southern California.  Their skill and excellence is evidenced by numerous awards including several Superintendents of the Year, by their track record of completing projects under budget and ahead of schedule and most importantly by the satisfaction our clients have with their completed projects.

We are proud to say that we have worked with the majority of our clients for many years. Over 90% of our clients are repeat clients – clients with whom we have worked as they repeatedly turn to Nielsen Construction for their building needs.  Our Construction Management Methodology is unique in the industry: Advocacy, Experience, and Service.  We create a team with our clients, goals aligned, to produce projects of the highest quality while giving attention to our clients’ schedule and budgets as if our own.
