For two decades she has researched and synthesized the most effective strategies in leadership, peak performance, and Self mastery. Her unique blend of linguistics and cognitive neuroscience, unified with her understanding of ancient wisdom creates an integral learning environment for her students. A master trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a master of hypnotherapy, Niurka is a leader in her industry, and her company is a global academy offering certification in these disciplines. Niurka is also a master practitioner of Time Line Therapy and Pranic Healing. She offers courses, retreats, and curriculums that improve and enrich lives by aligning participants with their Higher Self.

Niurka has shared the stage with many of the most powerful teachers in the world including Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, and Marianne Williamson to name a few, and she’s been featured in films alongside luminaries such as the Dalai Lama and Sir Ken Robinson.
