Noble Four Partners, LLC (“Noble Four”) is a group of investment, operational and transactional professionals that identifies critical changes in sector business models that have the potential to create significant value. As these sectors change and evolve, we partner (collaborate) with individual, institutional and strategic investors that seek exposure to specific operating verticals, new markets, and technologies. Noble Four has offices in New York and Chicago and participates as a general partner for institutional, strategic, and individual investors.

Our Focus:

We focus on control and minority investments in lower middle market companies requiring equity capital of $25-$200MM per transaction. We and our investors maintain a long-term growth perspective and do not allow ‘fund dynamics’ to impede sound management decisions. Each member of our investment team has been an owner and / or operator – resulting in a unique awareness of the skills needed to achieve operational excellence. Noble Four engages in detailed sector research, builds investment teams around opportunistic vertical markets, and partners with a broad range of experts to methodically execute an investment from concept to reality.

We seek investment opportunities with unrealized growth potential, complex exit dynamics for ownership, and scenarios that require follow-on capital.
