Noble Mortgage & Investments, LLC is a direct private lender of capital for both residential and commercial properties in the major Texas markets.  Noble is owned and operated by Darel Daik who has been in the "hard money" lending industry for over 18 years and is also an active investor in both single-family and multi-properties.  We make all lending decisions so you’re not waiting for some “loan committee” to make a decision and typically close loans within 10 business days. 

We specialize in providing capital to investors who need quick and easy funding to take advantage of real estate opportunities. We fund both residential and commercial properties which can include funds for repairs in the loan. We can also arrange conventional loans on both residential and commercial properties.
