The North Texas Crime Commission works to improve the quality of life in North Texas by facilitating communications and cooperation between business leaders, school officials, public office holders, citizens and local, state and Federal law enforcement officials.
We manage the Dallas and Collin County Crime Stoppers program 1-877--373-TIPS (8477) which can pay a reward of up to $5,000 for anonymous tips that lead to an arrest and indictment for a felony crime.
The NTCC raises private contributions to facilitate educational and training programs for law enforcement officials; and bring together representatives of various businesses that are potential victims of the same type of crime to share information and pool resources and get the latest intelligence reports from law enforcement officials. The NTCC helps civic leaders and law enforcement officials identify good public policies and points out policies that need to be reformed, updated or repealed.
