Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) is a non-profit organization based in Nottingham, England, established in 1973. It houses more than 20,000 people across the East Midlands and manages about 10,000 homes in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.
